So, this parcel has :
- Been sent to a neighbours address in error
- The company concerned have been told no less than FIVE times that their system has me listed at the wrong address
- I have informed the company I no longer want their services
I have just received a text on my phone to from Royal Mail to say a parcel will be delivered tomorrow from this company. Though they have my phone number right they will almost certainly take the parcel to the incorrect address
I have been on Royal Mail website and there appears to be no way to decline to receive the parcel before it arrives. I have let the neighbours know but at this time I really don't want them to be bothered.
