Supermarket opening times for vulnerable and NHS

Hi, does any one that works in the care sector like care homes etc are they eligible to go in that selected time slot?

I've seen some supermarkets say they are but then when they are going they are been turned away.

I know they aren't front line but they are key workers.

Just curious if other carers have been allowed?

I don't think they are. For most, their working lives haven't changed except to cover Staff illness. Now the shops are back to normal, i don't think it's considered necessary.

But i agree that care staff are under appreciated.

As I understand it that time slot is for the elderly and vulnerable only.
