Lunches help for teen to prep

My DD 14 is at home for a few hours a day when I have to be at work. She is mature and capable cooking wise and I need lunch ideas other than sarnie or pizza that she can do quickly and not to complex. Any ideas please? I do a decent hot meal for dinner so it doesn’t have to be especially healthy just different. Thank you

Jacket potato (in the microwave) with cheese and/or beans, tuna mayo etc.
Beans on toast.
Boiled egg and soldiers.

Any food really. I can't think of any light meal that a 14 year old wouldn't be able to cobble together.

What would you normally have?

Any particular reason why not sandwiches or leftovers?

I mean she can heat soup? Or make cereal? Or wok noodles and stirfry veg

Thanks for those - yes she’s quite capable but usually lunch is at school and my head is empty from work at the mo and I just needed a bit of inspiration.
The lunch wasteland stretches ahead for weeks. She does like salad that will do in many variations.

Omelettes can have endless combinations. I also cook extra for tea and freeze lunch size portions. Tuna, cheese and mayo in a toastie with some salad. Jacket potatoes also have endless combinations and they can be done in the microwave.
