Help, I have 7 Easter eggs and no one to give them to!

I was really organised this year and bought the eggs about 3 weeks ago. Now I can't deliver them. To be precise there are 3 Malteser eggs, 2 Lindor eggs and 2 Lindt bunnies. Now I keep seeing them on the shelf and wondering how long they will last.
I've just lost half a stone but these eggs keep calling out to me.
What can I do?

Eat them gradually! Nothing else for it.

Just eat them and then that's it they are gone and you don't have to worry about them any more!

I'll pm my address Grin

They need eating really. Waste not want not.

Take them to your local food bank on one of your permitted trips out to shop/ for exercise. Out of sight.....
(I’d scoff the bunnies though)

Post Office is open, send them to me 😂

Use by dates are usually the summer or autumn.

My parents were meant to be having DCs at Easter so bought everything in advance. Now we're stuck in 2 different countries, both in lockdown so we're hoping to celebrate Easter in the summer...

Just in case, i told my parents to buy chocolage that they wouldn't mind eating themselves.

When you need to go out for food, put them in the food bank collection in the supermarket??

Melt the eggs and make brownies, chocolate cake to freeze ?

Deathraystare · 24/03/2020 19:42

I wish I had thought to do that but wasn't planning on seeing anyone over the Easter holidays. Damn. Of course these are essential items for when I next go shopping! Actually I don't like the chocolate much so that's a good thing!

Do you have neighbours with kids? Knock on the door and leave one on the doorstep?
Maybe leave a note on them explaining!
