Bank charges, credit card and mortgage interest?

Does anyone know if all these charges will be waived during the next few months? We can't manage frankly during this period but we have a better chance if the banks aren't profiteering.

Didn't the gov bail them out once? Why are they still merrily taking money? I've rung my providers and they just tried to sell me more credit or extend my mortgage by raising the payments. I don't want more credit. I want to pull up a bit and cover costs during this time Because I don't know if I will even have a job or my life / family left to worry about.

Banks are offering help to those financially effected by COVID-19. Their website will usually have a section regarding financial difficulty with phone numbers for the correct departments.
Good luck Flowers

Thank you, I rang them and they were nice but I still have to pay- I just wonder why interest rates aren't being waived for credit cards etc
