Dsis’s flights were due to travel via Dubai, borders closing everywhere, travel insurance line v busy (totally understandable!), and she’s in a line of work that will be called upon heavily in the next few days/weeks.....
Everything was relatively normal when they flew out with no restrictions or travel advice and it all blew up whilst they were there.
