Heating not working will a tradesperson come out to me?

Exactly that I have a problem with my boiler will tradespeople still be working or will they be told to stay away?

I have a relative that works for BGas as an engineer, they are still going out to customers.

Yes - we had our CO alarm go off last night so had an emergency gas man come and then someone to check/restart boiler today. Both wore gloves and masks.
