Will MN get busier or quieter over the next few months?

Will it get busier because lots of us will turn to it for advice/support/distraction?

Or will it get quieter because none of us will be doing anything interesting/going anywhere/will run out of things to speak of?

I’m torn but leaning towards quieter.

Maybe Relationships will get busier due to lots of issues arising from lock down.

It could certainly do with getting more interesting!
Endless people banging on about how their neighbours coughed in the street, how there's no bread flour in Tesco, how

Busy as people will be bored! But there will be nothing to talk about.

I am not sure. At the moment every time anyone has a single brain fart about CV they start a new thread on MN about it.

There doesn't seem to be much else being discussed. I think posters are very tied up in how this is affecting them to be having an opinion on how it's affecting others.

im expecting, in about a weeks time, an influx of 'what funny thing did your kids do/say/fart out/put up their nose today?' threads

Will be busy I think as people are going to be bored or stressed to fuck having DH and dc home 24/7....

LER83 · 22/03/2020 22:47

Quieter I think. I think people will get fed up of the negativity. Been reading so many threads that have been started as lighthearted just for someone to come along and bring it down!

So potentially busier but more boring!
