Whatever is going on right now is quite surreal.
A lot of us are worried about being locked at home, eating out of boredom and becoming less healthy during this time.
I thought I would create a free Facebook group where I could provide you all with some nutrition advice and all sorts of tips on how to maintain good health, improve current diet, build some new good habits and carry on achieving your goals whatever they might be.
