Gluten free flours for our gf and df cakes..hope they don’t go scarce

I thought I had a well stocked freezer until we went through it the other day - the meats had been in there several years and looked a bit worse for wear. DP made me throw the lot. I also had loads of sweets and chocolate, again it was all well out of date Blush

Loads of paracetamol as I stocked up while pregnant as was all I was allowed to use to help my slipped disc pain. I stopped taking it as it was useless so hence the decent supply left now.

We just had a long stint in hospital with our new baby so came out to empty shelves and everyone stockpiling so we have no:
Pasta
Rice
Tinned goods
Meat (no supermarkets near us have any fresh produce)
Veg
Hand wash

We have a few loo rolls and a tin of baby formula to last us as long as possible. Struggling to find cat food and cat litter though.

Plenty of
Batch cooked home made meals in the freezer. Have been doing this for 6mo since DS was born.
Pasta and pasta bakes. When ever was on offer I would buy a couple. Glad I did now. When I say plenty I mean 2 packs of penne which is 4 meals for us.
Hand soap, collected through presents over the years and put in the toiletries box.
Hand sanitiser! Bought about 10 when DS was born from Aldi

Nappies
Formula
Calpol

Scarce
Fresh meat and tinned tomatoes

We have always been well stocked on non perishables. - we are that Costco type of people and we just did a massive shop about a month ago. I'm grateful, mainly because it means I'm not out shopping spreading germs.

Fruit is running low. Will need to top up tomorrow but I'll try locally or the farm shop.

Lots of pet food, we ended up with a double delivery last month as Yodel fucked up and got one given to us for free. I then forgot to cancel this month's. So even if DH and I starve Ddog will be fine!!

I also have plenty of Quorn stuff as no-one seems to be buying it at our local supermarket so I didn't feel bad picking up a few different things last week. We have a lot of Heinz soup because we generally do and I buy them on offer, I take one to work most days but now I'm WFH we are concentrating on eating the perishable stuff instead. Ok for loo roll , pasta, rice for now.

Bread is a problem because we only have a small freezer which has actual freezer stuff in it, and we go through it quite quickly. Down to the last 2 slices for tomorrow's breakfast then we will be eating other stuff in the mornings until we run out of enough things to warrant a supermarket trip towards the end of the week. Might have a go at making my own maybe....

We’re very low on eggs and on looking at tomorrow’s Asda delivery it's not looking very hopeful that will change.

We’re ok on everything else.

I think. Confused

We're fine for loo roll (I have IBS so we're always well stocked, I haven't been out buying more than usual!), cat food, pasta, potatoes, meat (mostly frozen) and cheese.

Getting short on fresh veg, but not worried as we've got some tinned and frozen. Bread and rice. Milk.

Need bread here too, but have many Muller Corners, carrots and broccoli.

A few more tins of toms would be nice. I’m veggie, I use them a lot.
