whiskers - chin and upper lip, how are you removing hair, or are you just leaving it until the salons open again?

I'll be doing my own waxing, just using wax strips from boots and cutting them down to smaller strips.

and plaiting it Grin

I'd be like Catweazle @LizB62A Grin...might get some of those strip things then, to keep things at bay. I have no idea what a twirly epistick is but it sounds painful and I'm a wuss

I cancelled my intimate waxing appointment last week, my bf is considering sharing his beard to help him to not touch his face so much, we need a new version for post corona 2020

I had to epilate my whole downstairs area today. It was horrendous.

TurnOffTheTv · 22/03/2020 22:08

plunk why didn’t you just use the hoover?

Grabbners · 22/03/2020 22:09

TheUnquestioned wax strips or veet? The twirly sticks aren’t too bad really, and they’re cheap.

I’m contemplating doing my own Brazilian. I’m not entirely sure it’s possible though without more hands. My flexibility isn’t great, and whereas I’m ok with someone else ripping off the strips, not sure I could do it to myself!

Grabbners · 22/03/2020 22:10

Turn that made me Grin

SamSeabornforPresident · 22/03/2020 23:21

Holy shite Grabbners that made me wince. Maybe your username is apt.

Grabbners · 23/03/2020 08:51

Sorry Sam :). We have to suffer in the pursuit of whatever the opposite of hairiness is.

WitchesGlove · 23/03/2020 14:24

Could you find a mobile beautician that can come to you?

FireUnderpants · 23/03/2020 16:23

My wax lady went on maternity leave a while back so I bought my own hot wax pot.

The strip less wax is the easiest. Wax on, wax off, like karate kid.

Cheap pot from ebay £15 and a few pound for a bag of wax beans. I've mastered my underarms and legs. But have returned for a professional brazilian. That takes guts to rip off yourself. Might need to attempt it myself now though.
