Teen DD and I both WFH...how not to go insane?!

DD is 15 (Yr10) and has already been home for a few days. I will be WFH from next week.

For the first week we will be sharing the dining room table as our workspace and we both have our wireless headphones at the ready, but I'm still expecting it to be a bit of a nightmare.

We normally get on really well but she's an extrovert who is already getting cabin fever, I'm an introvert who is delighted to not have to leave the house for a few weeks.

Any suggestion as to how we can make this bearable...or even fun?

Do you have a garden? She could do a you tube workout 2 times a day. Either inside or outside if you have one. That will burn off a little energy.
Arrange a time for her to FaceTime her friends. Maybe 4pm after 'School ' has finished.

Yeah she'll be doing that I expect.

We've cancelled her gym membership and I'll be setting up Les Mills at home for her this weekend and she's got plenty of friends on social media but 'it's not the saaame and we're not in lockdown yet'.

I get her frustration but I'm at slightly higher risk from the virus and have elderly parents to consider who will have no one else to look out for them if I'm unwell.

Having limped to the finish line (I work in school admin) I am so relieved to have been allowed to work from home next week that the thought of her going out and meeting up with friends is making me jittery.

She is still seeing her dad twice a week as I don't feel it's fair of me to try and stop that but if I'm honest I would like to as he is having to continue working so could easily contract or carry the virus and spread it to us.

We have one in the study, one in the sitting room and one in the dining room. All on laptops and all talking on phones!
Husband has a habit of floor walking while talking on his phone so I have to keep shutting his study door to keep him in there!

Hopefully I'll be able to move into the study for the second week. We're having our bathroom refitted at the mo and it's currently full of fitting and plumbing equipment
