Anyone else making different things ?
I made bannocks as I needed to use up an open natural yogurt, and I didn't want to use the small amount if yeast I have.

What's a bannock? Sounds interesting.

Jamie oliver has a great recipe for flatbreads. I think that has only three ingredients and no need for yeast.

They look amazing.

I used this recipe. Didn't have butter milk so just used normal.

I didn't cut them either, broke the dough into bits put it on the tray and flattened with a fork.

You can make lovely flatbreads using equal quantities of plain yogurt and self raising flour
