Anyone had an Ocado this week or expecting an order tomorrow?

We are told we will have the opportunity to amend but I see no way of doing that or how they are going to make that available.

Anybody been able to amend their orders this week or for tomorrow?

I had one earlier this week, all there except fresh items, fridge bits and loo roll. I could amend a couple of days earlier but did it really early in the morning (3am) mainly due to being up with ill DC and not being able to sleep.

I have one coming today. It is frustrating that I couldn’t amend the order as it contains items for a Mother’s Day lunch which isn’t happening. I’m now going to cook the lunch and deliver portions to my mother and sister so not the end of the world.

It is missing a couple of non essential items, dashi and tinned peaches. My litre bottle of vodka is now a 70cl bottle and the dog treats are a different variety.

I’m surprised that so much is available tbh, but this order was placed nearly 3 weeks ago so that might have helped.

I amended mine on why he website, not the app, which I went on at 3am the other day.

I've just had my email receipt for delivery tonight. No bagels or bread but everything else there.

Mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow morning. No news on how I can edit though

Same as PP, was only able to edit earlier in the week and at 3am. Other times I was 11,000 in the queue!

Just a case of managing the best we can for a while!

I did try 0330 this morning but the whole website as well as app have been taken down. Frustrating as I was at the market veg stall this morning and could have bought more if I knew what was going on.

I am hoping I can amend it! I just ordered stuff really quickly two weeks ago to get the slot

They are only allowing saturday and sundays orders to be edited at the moment but then its only cancelling items or the full order. No adding to order. Think its going back to normal next week
