The gym is closed. Who's getting their Jillian Michaels on?

I've been really enjoying going to exercise classes, but my gym and yoga place have closed now.

I haven't done 30 Day Shred for ages, but it looks like it might be time to get back into it. Who's joining me?

I quit the gym 1 year ago and being cooped up is giving me the pains.

Any good free videos I can do as a beginner?

Ha I feel your pain. I'm walking 3 miles a day now (including a very steep hill) and my TRX trainer that I bought from Lidl last year has been dusted off Grin Also doing 30 minutes of squats, lunges, press ups, and planking etc.

I have the Gillian Michaels dvd but last time I tried it I couldn't move for 3 days ShockGrin

Yes me! Although Fitness Blender rather than Jillian because we live in a terrace made of matchsticks and I don’t want to disturb the neighbours.

Currently don’t have time to leave the house even if I wanted to due to a massive work deadline, so trying to squeeze it in first thing.

I do a lot of Jillian anyway, I have all her DVDs, plus a lot of Davina and Shaun T. Today I'm doing Body Revolution and a short run (6k max).

I’m going to dig mine out but I am seriously unfit so it will be a struggle. I did manage to follow the Joe Wicks routine this morning (at a slightly slower pace) so I will have to build up to it.
Lucy Wyndham-Read is a good one to follow for the less fit amongst us.

me and dd (17) started doing this yesterday. Where can you get it free from these days? It appears that all the youtube channels are subscription now. (We ended up doing one with a dodgy Spanish lady doing all the moves!).
