We are both going a little crazy already. What are people doing to keep their little ones entertained?
There's only so much peekaboo we can do in one day!
I've tried finger paints & messy play but he's not interested 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bath time? We've had 2 baths today.
We did go for a short walk, also.
We made a den in the living room.
We read books.
Ds is 16months

Stack and unstuck/knock over paper cups.
Rolls balls down ramps. We’ve got some old guttering set up as a ramp in the sitting room!
Make a drum kit out of upturned saucepans
Make dens and tunnels with furniture, cushions and sheets

You can go out for a walk you know. Stay away from people if you're worried or staying in because you've tested positive. Can you go for a walk in the woods, beach, fields etc?

Fill and empty games
Roll a beach ball backwards and forwards to each other
Have fun with clothes pegs. You can pin them onto edges of boxes, pin them onto your toddlers toys or even your toddlers clothes. My DC loved unpinning them, and we later turned it into a treasure hunt.

Anything that isn’t a toy - clothes pegs, wooden spoons and pots, water in different containers to pour, cardboard boxes to draw on or hide in...

Hang a balloon from a ceiling. My DC used to have fun batting it.

Pintrest is your friend! Lots of great ideas on there. One my son loved was a cardboard tube taped to the side of a unit with a shallow tray underneath. Hours of fun dropping little pom-poms or cotton balls down over and over.

Some good ideas here thank you.

We do go for a walk daily away from other people but the mornings are very looonng! We always used to either meet friends or do a class in the morning so stay at home all day is a challenge with an excitable toddler!
