Just wondering whether the fridge is better or in a box in the shed where it would be dark and cool?

Most veg won'tbneed to be in the fridge so yeah a dark cool but soft fruit /berries will need to be refridgerated.

Get one of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002SQPW3Y/ref=cmswwrcppapiii_ULkCEbKXBYBMZ Definitely noticed my fruit and veg last much longer with one in my fridge

Most fruit doesn’t need to be in the fridge, bananas actually go bad in the fridge. Berries and grapes should be in the fridge but pretty much everything else is fine in the fruit bowl.

Onions, garlic and potatoes are fine in the cupboard but we keep everything else in the fridge although if you think about it, most veg is kept on the shelves in supermarkets 🤷🏻‍♀️.
