I think Johnson used ‘schools are advised’ ... I’ve not long ago watched his video and I can’t be totally sure. I looked at Nicola S earlier and it seemed more clear from her - that school trips abroad are cancelled. But then most things she says are clearer than the PM. I wonder though bc I thought all 4 countries were acting together on this. Though having said that, Scotland’s stopping events of more thann500 people from Monday; England isn’t yet??

It is but education / health etc are completely separate from rUK therefore it is likely they may choose to handle things slightly differently.
