Buyer wants to return something bought via FB?

Ive recently been selling baby stuff through local Facebook pages. Someone bought an item from me and collected earlier. She sent someone to pick it up. She's now messaged me saying it's smaller than she thought and can she return it. Where do I stand? Thanks

You do not have to refund or take a return.

Or she can return it for her money back minus 20% for your time/aggravation (if you want to do that)
