What’s the best medical treatment for lice atm ?

Haven’t had to use anything for years

Years ago used full marks and that did the trick

Head lice? Hedrin or use conditioner and comb every few days for 3 weeks

Hedrin 15 minute spray and a nitty gritty comb. Recently cleared a huge infestation using that, brilliant stuff.

Full marks three treatments over a week and comb through every night and then for another two weeks once it looks clear

That was the recent advice I got from pharmacist
