4 weeks pregnant but think I've miscarried

I am 4 weeks pregnant I think as I have 4 positive pregnancy tests from last Friday n Saturday but started bleeding this week

pregnancy tests show negative now. Doctor did pregnant test on Wednesday came negative did blood test was positive which I found out yesterday. I dont kno if I am pregnant or miscarried

Went doctors the receptionist was rude jus said she spoke to doctor n I miscarried n sent me home. I dont get how they would know that for sure until they do another blood test right

Any advice has anyone has similar experience

It does sound like you’ve miscarried if pregnancy tests are now showing negative. So sorry

I'm sorry you are going through that. It sounds like a chemical pregnancy. They are more common than most people would think, mainly because most people don't test that early.
If your pregnancy tests are negative, that's a good sign that it will have resolved itself and you won't need further intervention.

I would just wait another few days and then test again. If it’s negative then I’d say sadly it’s an early miscarriage and you can try again next month.

If positive then go back to the doc. I had v similar and it turned out to be ectopic as the hcg was still increasing despite me bleeding. I was able to have an injection and try again a few months later and my DD is now 2.5

Im afraid those early miscarriages (chemical pregnancy it’s often called) are really common though and there’s nothing you can do about it
