My snoring keeps DP awake...any suggestions what I can do

My DP woke me up about half an hour ago to tell me my snoring is keeping him awake.
Ok, I’m a bit of a snorer but I can’t help it.

Now, I’m wide awake, and he’s nodded off. He snores his head off during the night and I don’t say a word Hmm.

So, any suggestions to help with my snoring, do those nose strips actually work? Or is a throat spray the way forward?

Many thanks Smile think I’ll go and make some tea now as I’m awake.

Well, maybe try nose strips, they do help me breathe a bit and it won't hurt to try. Both my dh & I snore, and have not found a cure.

My husband uses the nose strips and throat spray. He still still snores but not as bad as before.

I'm trying to persuade him to try an anti snore pillow but he's reluctant to change from his feather one.

Low carb/gluten free diet ... my ex used to snore all night, every night, went on a low carb diet and the snoring stopped. Before he'd even lost weight.

Surely it depends on the cause of your snoring? Perhaps try both of those things and if there is no improvement, see your GP.

Thank you all for suggestions. I will try the nose strips and see how they go, if no joy then I’ll give the throat spray a go.
I’ve tried sleeping without a pillow last night, and that helped a little.

Will also look into my diet.

Thanks again.
