Self sticking / velcro bandage for playing

My 3 year old has his hand bandaged up. She's been playing Doctor with the teddy and wants to bandage him up. Poor teddy!

I don't really want she playing with sticky tape or pins to hold teddy's bandage.

Is there any kind of velcro bandage that sticks to itself?

Yes, look for cohesive bandage. Sticks to itself, not other things.

You can buy Velcro and just see it on? Or just tuck the end of the bandage in?
