What’s the best way to say no to this request?

I’m tied up in negative emotion with exp so I’d like some input on saying no without getting annoyed.

He wants me to drop the DC off in a slightly different place, I don’t want to.

If I say I don’t want to, he’ll ask why and I don’t want to enter into a dialogue with him.

I usually agree as I don’t want him to turn nasty but I’ve had enough.

That isn't going to work.
That won't be possible.
It's best if we stick to the original arrangement.

Not to sound like a dick, but the best way is to just say ‘no’. No dialogue opened.

You: "That won't be possible. I will drop them off as usual."
Ex: "Why?"
You:
Ex: "blah blah blah angry blah
You:
Ex: FURY
You:
Ex: "Answer me!!!!"
You:
Ex: "I don't want to see my children then and it is all your fault. You great big poo faced meanie snortwankle."
You: "Noted"

See. That's how you say no. Ideally by message. Not in person.

Thank you all. Especially for understanding that sometimes it’s just not that easy to see the simplest way when there’s other ‘stuff’ clouding one’s judgement.
