People with asthma/sensitivity to fragrances: If you use perfume, which doesn't make you wheeze or cause a headache?

I know everyone has different perfume triggers but with a lot of beauty products, some are known to be more inflammatory than others so just wondering if anyone has found a perfume that doesn't make them wheeze / give them a migraine?

I hate never being able to wear any fragrance and a lot of the ones I've tested so far make me feel wheezy.

Chanel no 5 (but some of the other Chanel stuff really irritates me, Allure being the worst)

Jo Malone lime basil and mandarin

All the Liz Earle botanical essences smell gorgeous and are made from natural ingredients. Most perfumes give me a headache but not these.
