You need your bill from last year and it will tell you the amount you used to get an accurate estimation for the next year.

Your bill should show you how much you pay per unit and standing charges per day.

Took me a while to go through a few on comparison sites.

Definitely worth spending a bit of time on.

Look After My Bills is currently the best automated comparison and changeover site AFAIK.
