Breathed in some cake And now I can’t stop coughing

Uhh am I going to die? Major anxiety going on.

Tried walking and eating earlier and I breathed in as I was eating. Started coughing straight away and thought I shifted it but it feels like I can feel soemthing and can’t seem to cough it up! It’s driving me mad.

Am I going to die?! 😩

It's a scary scary feeling. I did exactly the same thing about a fortnight ago and I've not died.

I breathed in a bit of plastic in 1999 and I'm still here.

That bad boy never came back out.

Likely it’s irritated your throat, and keep coughing is irritating it further. Warm drinks.

Or actually I sometimes find fizzy drinks feel more like they move things.

God I nearly inhaled a piece of wrapping once taking my inhaler. That panic lasted 7 years at least Grin

Drink of water, carry on, only when your brain has been distracted and not thought of it might you realise that it's not there at all. Eg you cant sneeze if you keep thinking you will!
