Anyone else overly anxious about secondary offer day tomorrow?

I have hardly slept and am contemplating staying up for the email tonight.

DD is anxious too so I am trying not to show that I am nervous to keep her calm.

11+ waiting too. My DC is going to be on waiting list I think.

It's going to be a long few months

I'm going to log in to the council site at midnight and hope the school place is showing. Otherwise, it will be a restless night and early start. DD has put 1&2 out of catchment as she really didn't want to go to the in catchment choice, despite 95% of her classmates going there. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that she gets 1 or 2 as it will be the making of her (smaller size with good extra curricular). I really think she'll struggle elsewhere.

We’ve had our offers this morning. I’d actually forgotten until I saw this thread in active convos Blush

That is similar to us sorry - DD wants to go to a school out of catchment, as does her BF. WE are closer to the school than BF, so nightmare scenario would be that BF doesnt get in but DD does. DD is very shy and nervous and I worry what would happen in that case. They have been inseparable for 7 years, and while DD has other friends, its this friendship that means the most to her.

Anxiously waiting too. Only put 1 choice as not impressed with other schools in our area. No plan b 😕

My DS is v anxious about it, he couldn't sleep last night stressing about it. I'm less anxious as either of our first and second choices would be fine in my view (and he's v likely to get one of them).

Our LA have said we can log in and check from 2pm tomorrow - which is a stupid time as the DC then have to wait until after school to find out. They also said we'll get an email but not clear whether that will be before or after 2pm tomorrow Confused.

We're in an 11+ area and the whole thing this year has been badly handled by the LA, there doesn't seem to be any thought given to the effect it has on the DC and the stress for them.

There's nothing on our L.A. website about when offers will be made but I'm certain when I applied it said 1 March

National offer day in March 2nd this year.
