For me,

Best - I'm kind

Worst - I'm kinda lazy

Best - I’m a good friend (always willing to help out)

Worst - I’m fat.

Best - I will give my all to help somebody

Worst - I will give my all to help somebody, exhausting and neglecting myself in the process

Best : reliable
Worst : manipulative

Best: full of good intentions
Worst: selfish and self centred

Best- calm in a crisis (I have anxiety but when the chips are down, eg my baby in A and E unable to breathe, I don't panic).

Worst- horribly impatient and impulsive. Both are bad for me

Best - I'm inventive
Worst - I'm a procrastinator.

best: I’m really easy to get on with
Worst: I’m slovenly

Best - very kind
Worst - I still sometimes yell at DD, even though I know it really doesn’t help

Worst. Hate confrontation and I am very avoidant

Best.- Im a think outside the box sort of person. Translates to all areas of life.

Worst.- I am so bloody lazy.

Best: really good at work

Also. I went to the hygienist this week for the first time I won't tell you how many years...
she said I was an excellent patient who has a high pain threshold, and that I have pretty teeth

Best: kind, funny, supportive. A good friend.

Worst: hold a grudge and can be bitter about that. Also procrastinate (working on that)
