Yes unless you set it as private. If you do this you can't see who's looked at you but I prefer it this way!

If you view in private mode then no, but if you want to see who has viewed you then it'll be set so others can see whether or not you have looked at them.
I've been told that if you log out you can search for individuals on there without any worry that you've been caught snooping, although won't be able to see the full profile apparently
