I have just been reading a thread about crohn's disease and realised that everything I thought I knew was actually wrong and it has made me think about the massive amount of misinformation out there that is made out to be fact so for my example

OCD: Its not about cleaning
Bipolar: It is so much more than 2
Depression: Its not about being sad
Anxiety: I can do a shit ton of stuff, but the aftermath is horrible

Stroke can't just cause paralysis and numbness, it can cause a whole host of horrible things, from double incontinence, to loss of memory, personality changes, loss of inhibitions.

People should take stroke risk far more seriously.
