I have heard good things but no longer published and not available on Amazon

Does anyone have one gathering dust that I could please purchase and pay for postage?

I have no confidence in the kitchen and hoping this may be a gentle introduction

I have a copy of the 'Top Bananas' cookery book but it is very well-thumbed.

My local library, Ealing, has several copies. They belong to the London Libaries Consortium so if you are in London you can request an inter-library loan. Most boroughs belong to this organisation. Good luck!
