This can be books, audiobooks, Netflixy things.

Am feeling v down and blue atm and everywhere I turn there’s tragedy and sadness.

I can’t even listen to Radio 4’s Book at Bedtime as every time I tune in there’s a really depressing bit.

My heavy and overloaded mind needs fluffy distraction. Please recommend.

Jodi Taylor's Chronicle of St Mary's series - kick ass, jolly hockey sticks, well written, gripping but still fluffy. I'm obsessed.

Next In Fashion on Netflix.

Any books you loved as a kid. I have a whole section on my kindle and there's nothing more comforting to pick up an Anne of Green Gables, or a Little Women, or a Chalet School book.

The three Crazy Rich Asians books. Wittier than the film.

I’ll second crackanory, they are available for free on audible, silly 25-30 minutes bed time stories for adults, a bit like inside number 9 for their silliness, some scary. Some not. Great listen!
