Is there a way to lock volume on an iPad using You Tube?!

I need a way to lock volume in an app, I know you can use it for music. I've googled a lot! I found talk of it being in accessibility. My dc have special needs and it gets turned up to full volume all the time and it's driving me mad. Thank you Mumsnet! Thanks

Guided access!
We used it to lock everything but I'm pretty sure you can tailor it to just lock certain things.
