What would you lose if your purse was lost/stolen?

It occurred to me the other day that if my purse went I could get bank cards, library card replaced easily.

But I have a tassel charm on the zip from a girlfriend, photos and letters from family, love notes.

Is it a bad idea to personalise it so much?

Realistically, the most likely things to go missing are keys phone purse.

Do you keep many personal items in yours?

Money, debit and store cards, library cards, provisional driving license, cash, coins. Mine used to be much more special until I lost it and having had that experience I keep it generic now.

If I lost my keys I'd be devastated though I have a large collection of key rings chosen for me by my kids. I have been thinking recently maybe I need to keep some as sentimental items instead, but it seems silly keeping key rings as keepsakes. If my phone went it's all backed up etc. But I think I'd be broken if my makeup or keys went. Makeup for cost and convenience, keys for sentimental reasons

I use Apple Pay and keep my driving licence in my phone case so I can avoid taking bags out.
I’d lose a couple of loyalty cards, some Czech change... that’s about it

Cash, cards and stamps. Nothing personal in there - no pictures, love notes, tokens etc. Would never think of putting that sort of stuff in my purse, for me it’s a purely practical thing in my handbag.
