Any suggestions for books - fiction or non fiction - that promote healthy bodies to pre teen girls. I think dd is starting to worry about her weight etc (she is a healthy weight but not stick thin like some of her class mates - just different shape and starting to get breasts etc) and she often skips breakfast (she says she is not hungry in the mornings which is possible, but I am monitoring). Would love to get her a few books about how to be healthy and happy and body positive etc.
