Fell on steps while walking dfs dogs today, please tell me I'm not going to be too sore tomorrow!!

Or a similar product from your preferred retailer.

Get some mepore type dressings, some lavender and calendula oils.

Pop a splodge (technical term ) of gel on the dressing on the padded bit, mix in couple of drops each of oils. Apply to cleaned graze at least twice a day.

Honestly very soothing/cooling and healing and should mean it heals with minimal scarring too.

Usual pain killers too for any stiffness you feel of course.

Why does it hurt so bloody much to do these things as adults? I swear it didn't hurt nearly as much as a kid!

No it's a bruise which is getting larger and darker, back sore and stiff, have taken ibuprofen and paracetamol and have a bag of frozen peas in a towel.

dd1 has just helpfully commented thst the bruise looks like a map of Africa😁

Heat packs for the back arnica for the bruise. Hope you're doing better soon.
