To ask if anyone has actually used housing hand to act as a guarantor for rent? I had another thread about how I can't find anyone in my family to be my guarantor as they do not meet the criteria. We've seen 3 places now who have been fine with my partners £200 ccj but just want us to have a guarantor, but they will not accept housing hand. I feel like giving up at this point. I have a baby on the way and see no way out of this situation. We earn 75k between us. Just wondered if anyone has any positive experiences at all with using housing hand or something similar xxx
