If so how much were you charged?
I've got 9 months left in contract and I pay them 20 quid a month.
It's a shocking service. Unusable in fact.
Tried calling them to discuss, I feel the person on the other end just reads from a script and I'm getting no where.
All I get offered is an upgrade but I don't want to stay with them any more.
Considering paying them to leave.
