Stabbing pain in heel that moves around

It's not like plantar fasciitis. I've had that many times.

This is a stabbing pain on the inside side of my foot, just up from the edge of the heel. It'll move around too, all in the heel region.

Honestly, the pain can be so sharp and stabbing that I have to breathe through it like I'm in labour! It's been going on for weeks.

Is it just a new kind of plantar fasciitis?

Could be a heel spur, they’re often associated with plantar fasciitis

I have this too but I have never hear of PF can you explain what symptoms you have.

I also have a hard lump on the outside of my ankle below the bone and a bit further back .

It hurts like hell sometimes
