Does anyone else have certain 'start of school holidays' jobs that they do?
We:
Check, clean & polish school shoes.
Put the lunch bags through the wash.
Wash PE kits (& check labels/size/ condition)
Empty rucksacks of all bits & pieces. Sometimes these go through the wash as well.
Check school uniform still fits
Check homework requirements - none this time!
Obviously we do some of the above as & when but I love getting everything done at once.
Usually book haircuts/dentists appointments as needed to fall during school holidays.
