Going through the delightful Peri, started really early so no help from HRT until I turn 40. I have night drenches (top to toe, might as well have just stepped out of a shower) and insomnia.
I tend to wear cotton night shirts and keep a spare to hand to swapping the night, this has helped but I've just read that bamboo nightwear is better, has anyone tried?
For the insomnia I use a lavender spray which is great most of the time but not during certain times of the month when my hormones are changing.
Does anyone else have any tips, or products they use? I was tempted by a cooling pillow, but as I don't wake up hot but freezing cold from being soaked through the idea of something cold makes me feel I might be more miserable.
What helps for you?
