How do you cope with it if you do?

Are you new to the company?

I've always tried to be professional, friendly, supportive of others and pull my weight and I've never had an issue making friends at work. I found it far easier than ever being at school.

It does take time though. Some people are slow to trust new people. You'll get there. Don't over think it. If everyone seems to dislike you, it's probably just the wrong cultural fit for you.
