I am trying to follow the autoimmune protocol diet for a while but I am not eating anywhere near enough calories. How can I increase my calories and still be following the diet? Today I have had
Smoothie with coconut milk, banana, avocado, mango and pineapple.
Small amount of dried fruit.
Fried sweet potato and onion hash with fried chestnut mushrooms.
Haddock fillet drizzled with olive oil, lemon and garlic plus half a plate full of veg.
Half a tin fruit cocktail without the juice.
Coconut yoghurt.
I am glad this has upped my fruit and vegetable intake dramatically but I really need to get more calories from somewhere and i just dont know what to eat.
