Self catering in Orlando - how much do you pay?

Looking to go for 2 weeks at the end of June 2021(after exams). Can anyone advise me on how much they budget for accommodation - I would like either a private villa with a pool or an apartment, minimum of 2 bedrooms.
Most sites don't have June 2021 on sale yet, I've tried looking at sites for this year but there isn't much availability left.

Accommodation for 2 weeks about £2,500-£3,000. That's for a larger house (4 beds or more) in Davenport or similar. Also look at some of the suite accommodation in the hotels - there are some in Lake Buena Vista for example that are hotels but have suites with up to 3 beds - Sheraton Vistana or Buena Vista Resort and Spa (on the Virgin website). You can link those to flights and car hire too.

If you haven't booked flights, I think they are released 331 days (!!!) before the date you travel. If you book near enough on that day then you might get some very good prices.
