Help! Stuck juicer; how do I break the suction?!? (Pics included!)

I have done a foolish thing. I put my juicer on top of the cupboard for storage and was dead pleased with myself as it just fit with a millimetre or two to spare; I slid it in to the gap between the ceiling and the top of the cupboard feeing smug. And now... I can't slide it out! It's stuck fast - the rubber feet are stuck to the top of the cupboards and I can't shift it. There isn't the room to dismantle it and lift it up, it has to slide sideways. Any ideas? Thanks!

Saw the rubber feet off with a bread knife?

MrsIronfoundersson · 08/02/2020 10:50

How annoying! Have you got a long skewer or something that you can slide under the rubber feet to unstick them? Next time put a sheet of baking paper under it so it can't stick!

xyzandabc · 08/02/2020 10:53

Are they stuck because it's been there a long time and the rubber has degraded and actually stuck? Or just stuck because the rubber feet have suctioned themselves to the shelf?

Either way, a sharp knife between the rubber and shelf should do it?

Can you use a basting brush and cooking oil to try and force some oil under the feet and slide it out.

Turns out it's all about brute force.
