Please can anyone help me with washing symbols?

I’ve tried googling but can’t find any reference to the dot in the middle. Does the symbol on the right mean I can tumble dry? It’s a bedspread that I love and don’t want to ruin but I figured I won’t have to iron it if it will tumble dry. Thank you in advance

I think it means tumble dry on the low setting
