What is a nice gift for someone who is dieting?

A friend very generously lent me some baby clothes. I'm returning them to her as baby has now outgrown them. Normally I'd give a bottle of wine or chocolates as a small thank you gift but she is trying to lose weight. What's another small luxury that I could give her?

Flowers

Bath oils, flowers, a nice candle

A book you think she'd like, and some really nice teabags you would like but probably wouldn't splash out on in the weekly shop.

Voucher to have her nails done / beauty treatment

Pot plant, preferably scented.

bath stuff always good. Not everyone likes being poked and prodded in a salon and stinky candles can make people cough.

or chocs - she doesn't have to eat them all at once and hopefully is doing a lifestyle change, not a diet as they always fail.

Vodka (Aldi) - she can drink it with diet coke for not many calories

Posh fruit basket selection. Dh bought me some fresh lychees and omg they are delicious!

Saying that, when I was dieting I had a certain amount of treats like a glass of wine or small piece of really nice chocolate once in a while.

Does she have baths? I don't, I shower, so bath stuff would be wasted on me.

A nice candle or something would work though. Do you know what she likes? A nice book? A scarf? It really is about the individual.
