Private dining in Glasgow - your best ideas please!

Can anyone recommend a restaurant with private dining in Glasgow, ideally West End but would be happy with eg Merchant City etc as well? We will be a group of approx 16 - ages from 17 to mid-70s. Somewhere with a bit of atmosphere, not formal but feels really special.

I've looked at The Bothy which seems lovely but since I've never been there some personal recommendations as well would be great Smile

Love The Bothy. I've only been in The Snug which is their very small private room so would be too small for your group. But presuming they have a larger room that's a good size & not too big to lack atmosphere it's a good option Smile

29 & The Restaurant Bar & Grill both have lovely private dining areas for 20 that I've used.

Oran Mor is indeed lovely but we've been there a few times so fancy somewhere else I think.

Don't know 29 so will check that out

Came on to suggest the bothy. The Corinthian has some private rooms ,and the grill at princess square also has a nice private room.

Ubiquitous chip has a lovely private dining area. I've been to a small wedding meal in there.
