Check out the BABCP register (www.cbtregisteruk.com) That's the accrediting body for CBT so anyone on there will be fully qualified.. then maybe speak to a few until you find someone you like. Good luck!

If you can't get a personal recommendation, speak to two or three on the register before choosing. They all work slightly differently and feeling comfortable with your therapist is really important to the outcome.
